Exchanged a sink here the other day and some sand. The staff were very helpful. I went on 13/2/23 to be precise. The lady at the showroom, gentleman at the collection desk and lady at the tills were the people that helped me.

Called in to buy a paint sprayer, there is no trade point entrance so don't know why it's being advertised as it has.
During this covid crisis the staff here have always been helpful and friendly. Yes there's been shortages in some items due to supply chain issues. However, overall still plenty of selection. Covid social distancing precautions work well due to helpful staff.
