   A year ago I was recommended Huets by a friend of mine as I wanted to get a sound system professionally fitted in my car. I was very particular about what I wanted and Heather and Pete discussed in great detail with me about all the options available and how they could still make it look factory fitted. Chris and the guys did an incredible job and I was amazed by not only the sound quality but also how neat the install was! I love listening to music and I really drive the system to its limit so much so I had an issue with one of the amps this so I took it back to Huets and they sorted the problem straight away!! Considering it was 12 months later I was really, really pleased with the great service and lovely people. I highly recommend and I will definitely be using Huets for the foreseeable. Thank you guys

   Chris @ Huets is great! Always used Huet's over the years, wife bought a base model sharan with basic audio. Chris and the huets team worked to my budget. New head unit with apple play, nav all fitted. Factory controls all linked in. Always done to a high standard. Took the time to show me and the wife how to get all the functions out of it. Would highly recommend Huet's to anyone for their car audio and security needs. Thanks Chris and the Huets team.

   Really disappointed with my install. I actually used this shop about 10 years ago for a Pioneer 80PRS setup with JL Audio amps and speakers, and the work back then was excellent — that’s why I came back. This time, it was a completely different story. My XTRONS head unit was installed poorly: AM/FM wasn’t connected, the external microphone (which I was told would be fitted) wasn’t installed, and the unit wouldn’t power off properly — it just goes into sleep mode. When I went back to get it sorted, I was told this behaviour was ‘normal.’ That’s just not true. A quick look at XDA and XTRONS owner forums shows plenty of people running these units with proper shutdown when the ACC line is wired correctly. Being told sleep mode is the only option felt like a total cop-out. For a shop that works on high-end cars and supposedly prides itself on expertise, this was shockingly sloppy. I expected attention to detail and real knowledge. Very disappointing

   Peter and his team have just installed new speakers, a subwoofer, charging sockets and Bluetooth connectivity on my 88 Trans Am. Their communication throughout, along with great customer service made the entire process straightforward and stress free. All the staff that I had dealings with were an absolute pleasure and couldn’t have been more helpful. I’m very happy with their workmanship and professionalism too.

   These people are amazing: they do things with audio that others say are not possible. They have sorted my Aston (that had complex irrelevant electrics from a previous owner) and returned the radio/cd/sat nav to standard. They are quick professional affordable and a delight to deal with. Must be the best in the South of England. And, Pete is their star.

   Great company, Great team, have taken all my cars there over the years and recently taken my BMW in for a custom speaker fit, the speakers where fitted to a professional standard and the sound was amazing, totally day and night from the standard. I have found not only the build quality but also the advise has always been spot on, a very talented team and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody who cares about their car. Thank you :)

   I had some reasonably extensive work done with my front speakers. Sadly it turned into quite the ordeal. After my first appointment, the doors were not properly put together. While taking the front of the door of, I discovered that the installer did not install the speakers properly. The passive filters where just loosely thrown between door and moisture barrier, and the custom MDF speaker mounts where not installed at all (despite paying for it). At my second appointment, after going over the issues, i was told that they need 45 minutes to fix the issues, which they couldn't do that day. My third and last visit was scheduled for 45min to fix all the issues... It turned into 3.5h and a complete rebuild of the prior work. Everything was fixed in the end. In the end, it took the better part of 11h, including driving back and forth, to get what I paid for.
