   Yesterday 13th may at this homebargains store. An elderly lady had fainted I'm the store granted the staff gave her a chair and a bottle of water. Waiting outside and this elderly lady was basically held up by 2 staff members as they assisted her to her car. Yes her car!! They helped her into her car placed her shopping in the back seats and instead of insisting they ring paramedics or even a family member. These 2 staff members stood in the carpark and watched this lady drive her car home!! I hope and pray she got home safe and nothing else happened to her on her way home if it did may it be on your heads. Homebargains sort your staff out and give their heads a wobble!!! Also teach your staff to help the elderly/disabled packing their shopping the amount of times I've watched your staff let these struggle is beyond a joke. People on mobility scooters and using walking aids can't always pack their own shopping and when you mention it to the staff they either give you attitude or ignore you. Yes some days your busy but it takes 2 mins to help someone pack their shopping. Worst home bargains store I've ever been in

   I love this shop it's got a bit of everything from toys to cleaning products clothes bits of furniture for the home food and this time of year sweets especially for Halloween and all the Christmas decorations and gifts have been put out amongst other things definitely worth a visit

   A very nice shop , plenty of space to park, lots of items to buy in the store ,from groceries ,homeware, bedding, shampoo ,deodorants shower gel, toys to keep the kids happy aswell..worth a visit had a couple of mugs for £1.50.
