Thankyou to the Staff for a great night with very good food. We had 37 in our party and the service was really good. Great atmosphere!
Had the loveliest Christmas party experience! Despite how busy the restaurant was, the Servers were so attentive and made sure all the food was okay which is was lovely. Asked for the Chef’s name on the way out (they said Mark was the Head Chef) and would like to thank him and the whole team for making sure our group of 40 had our food on time and super tasty! Lovely atmosphere and feel in the place!
What a fun place! Huge area. Lots of groups. Kid friendly - a play table!! Fun food. We shared the Meze and had cinnamon churrios after - just fun!! Lovely staff. Busy place but only tiny queues.
been here quite a few times as several of my colleagues live in market harborough, we typically make this the meeting point! i really enjoy the friendly and cosy atmosphere of the lounge. the staff are always really friendly and the food is great. the churros are just the best!!
Food is full of flavour and it's so different. The sweetcorn fritters are the best. The cocktails and milkshakes are great too. The staff are friendly and helpful. A new favourite
A long standing returning customer. I’ve been coming here for many years and enjoy it every time. Its of the nicest of the ‘lounges’ chain I’ve been to. Staff are always welcoming even when it does get busy. From big breakfasts to cocktails at night they never seem to miss a beat. And I’d like to add I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal here. The addition of being able to take your dog is just great too!
A family group went to the Mercado lounge yesterday for dinner, The service was great and quick. Very friendly staff. They have a great vegan menu. I would definitely recommend.
One time I arrived here and a member of staff gave me a menu, but he didn't just give me a menu. He whipped one out from under a plant pot without disturbing the plant pot. After I picked my jaw up off the floor, I was compelled to leave a tip. Another time I was awaiting food doodling in my notebook when a server asked me about what I was drawing and we had a pleasant conversation. And the many times I've ordered takeout food, nice messages are written on the box that give me a smile. The food is great, the bar is cool but the staff are cooler. I've been to a few Loungers around the country but the Mercado Lounge has the best staff I've ever encountered. And they are why I keep coming back.
