    It's my word versus theirs, but they lost my parents two cars about two years ago, due to repeatedly scamming them and taking advantage of their lack of knowledge. I am a professional mechanic and I noticed they added non existent fails on MOT's, just to proceed to charge for parts they haven't replaced. By the time I noticed, they already spent nearly 2000£ in this garage.
