   Don't usually do reviews positive or negative but in the case of Colas, they were great. repair to a bumper after a stubborn pillar refused to move! I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thoroughly professional. Also, I came to these guys from someone who has dealt with them for over 20 years. Keep up the good work guys and I'll try to avoid concrete pillars!

   STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. I took my car in and they said there was corrosion to the engine caused by the chain belt that needed changing. They said the car was a write off as it would cost too much to repair. My partner suggested to take the car for a second opinion so I went to two seperate garages without telling them what Colas had said and both reported no such issue other than basic issues that could be repaired. I know I'm not the only one who's had such an experience with this company. They are not to be trusted.

   Great service, couldn't recommend Colas enough!! I brought my car to Colas for some bodywork after I clipped a wall which left a dent and deep scrape on the side of my car. Jason gave me a thorough quote so I knew exactly what they were going to do, how long it would take and a breakdown of all the costs. He was able to book me in a week later and completed the work quicker than originally expected, which was a bonus. When I collected my car this morning it looks like it is brand new. No bodywork is going to be cheap but it was definitely worth the money bringing it to Colas.

   I don't recommend this garage at all. I took my van to Colas Mechanical Services for its MOT. While I was waiting in my van a mechanic came to me and told me "jump it out". I said "sorry? ". And he said again " jump it out! ". He was so rude. I went for a walk and when I came back the office person let me know that the MOT result was fail. The main reason was "service brake is excessively binding" in all the wheels. As they were busy I had to make this repair in another garage at Seaford. I was surprised when they told me that the brakes were not in such a bad condition. They recommended me to get the MOT in their garage and that's what I did. It did pass with advisory lines "service brake binding but not excessively" in just the front wheels.

   The volume of work going through this commercial garage means that nothing fazes them. These guys have an extraordinary depth of knowledge when it comes to van repairs. They listen carefully to what you have to say and are keen to explain their approach in detail. Over the years, they have resurrected my citroen relay twice from near death, after I was directed to the scrap yard by other garages. I have always received respectful and considerate treatment from everyone here: managers, workshop technicians and office staff alike. My thanks to the team for the highest standards of service. If you want shortcuts or cheap temporary fixes, you might want to go elsewhere. But for a wonderful mix of high tech and old school values, this is the place to go if you want the work done right.
