   Took my car for MOT a while ago , failed on emissions because apparently the turbo was "playing " they said around 2.5k to change ,lots of other places charged around 1k to change the turbo. Anyway changed somewhere else( it wasn't even that bad but I still changed it ) and took it back , failed again on emissions but no reason given( probably because I didn't spend money on them for turbo ) I took the car to another garage and passed with no problems.

   Just this week I had an MOT and Service done to my vehicle. As I have just switched from an official manufacturers garage to SM Motors closer and more suited to me, I experienced efficiency with all staff regarding bookings, collection and delivery service. Also after years of reporting a sticking accelerator to the official garage I found to my delight that SM Motors repaired the problem without my asking. Absolutely MAGIC STUFF. Thank you.

   Had my car towed here at short notice after breaking down. Within an hour they had diagnosed the problem and quoted me a price, which considering the size of the job was reasonable. Very transparent with the work required, kept me informed throughout and completed the job within a couple of days. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

   I was recommended this place by my neighbour. The first appointment I missed by accident but they were lovely about it and rescheduled. For the 2nd appointment, they got the job done quicker than originally quoted so they reduced the labour costs. The staff were friendly, the receptionist especially.I will be returning there for any subsequent work I need done. Thanks
