   I used Lewes Taxis Ltd for many months to take me to work from central Lewes to Kingston but the owners started a new taxi service; Lewes County Cars. The people are the same, the service is the same. But they just have a new name. This taxi service, just like its predecessor, is 100% efficient, reliable, trustworthy and very personable. The drivers are extremely honest and would never take a passenger "the long way round." Nor would they refuse a trip solely on grounds of the shortness of the journey. I will never use another taxi company.

   Ryan was an absolute lifesaver. I had returned to Buxted having been in Edinburgh. Unbeknownst to me, there had been a problem in Eastbourne earlier in the day. When my pre-booked taxi from another organisation didn't turn up, calling around, no one was picking up. When Ryan answered, at 11:45pm, he was so reassuring (by this point I was beginning to panic a bit, no one was around and the last train had been and gone). He said he'd be with in 20 minutes. He then followed up with a WhatsApp location pin so I could see how far away he was still. The 20 journey from the station to home was smooth, and the relief I felt once I was home was all because Ryan was the one person willing to pick up at that time. Thank you, Ryan!
