Tim has look after our cars for years! We always get upfront honest advice and good value for money. Wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else!
Reading the other reviews I regret to need to write this. I found that all 5 road bolts on the front nearside wheel were loose, where work had been undertaken. So loose that each one needed 3 or 4 turns to finger tighten them. I have advised the garage of this via their web contact page / email but 8 days later I have not received a response. Mistakes happen but with all 5 loose the wheel could have come off causing significant consequences. Please don't let this happen to anyone else, I was lucky I found at able to rectify but others may not.
Tim at ICC is an excellent mechanic. Good communication throughout and car repairs always carried out to high quality in good time. Highly recommend.
Took my van in to have a routine service and MOT. It ended up having some issues that needed to be sorted as it they came back as 'dangerous' and I had no idea at the time. Explained that my van was my living and how I earn my money where the team stayed late and got the issues fixed the same day! They couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. Thank you so much ICC, would definitely recommend and will be using them for all my vehicles from now on! 5 star !
Wanted to say how great the experience has been having our vehicles looked after by Tim, massively recommend if you live in or around Haywards Heath. A decent and lovely guy too - over the years it’s become clear to me he loves what he does, and cares to do it well, which is something my partner and I appreciate - means a lot to feel like we can rely on him - Tim is a trustworthy, efficient and skilled mechanic who will always do his best to help where he can.

Good service, competitive pricing, friendly, helpful and happy to give advice/share knowledge. Pointed out things to keep an eye on but not necessarily needing to rush to fix so that the customer can make an informed decision
