   Outstanding service as always this evening. I brought SIX 10/11 yr olds for a little birthday tea party. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. They had already set up a lovely table with a birthday banner. I had brought a candle for my daughter’s cake but they upgraded it to an amazing sparkler style one. They gave her a complementary virgin cocktail - which made her feel very grown up! The girls wanted to eat without an adult so was on a separate table, and the staff were so lovely to them! And the singing voices for ‘happy birthday ‘ were outstanding! Above and beyond! Huge thanks!

   Burnt Food! Burger and fries were burnt (see picture) unacceptable especially at the price. Pizza was good. Ordered home delivery and can't even return after waiting an hour.

   I just had a lovely meal! The food was top-notch, especially the Double Pepperoni and Vegan Burger, which I rated highly. The service was spot on; I was greeted warmly and the team checked in on me throughout the meal. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was just right for a chilled night out. The only thing I’d tweak is the pricing; even with a discount, it felt a bit steep.

   We had a fantastic evening at this restaurant! The food was absolutely spot on, and the drinks were just as good. The team greeted us warmly and checked in throughout the meal, which made for a lovely atmosphere. Everything was clean and well-presented, and we appreciated the prompt service. Great value for such a top-notch experience!

   We went for a meal with friends and our children on a Tuesday so it was fairly quiet.. Food was great, company was even better, thank you to Simon and Kate. Eve our hostess for the evening was amazing and beautiful in equal amounts. Thank you for making our evening special.

   Visited at 7pm on a Tuesday. Ordered pasta, garlic bread and mushrooms to share. Waited 50 mins, the garlic bread never arrived. Staff seemed new and very unsure. I could see the cook not cooking as we sat waiting the GB with cold pasta. Absolutely would not return. Lots of take away and u we eats food leaving as we say waiting.

   We came to Wildwood tonight and the staff were amazing. Our daughter fell ill throughout our stay here. The staff could not do enough for us. One member of staff a gentleman offered to run to the supermarket as his shift was ending. Another lady rang us a taxi straight away so we could get home. They moved us to a more comfortable table till are taxi arrived. Although are stay was cut short the staff made us so comfortable whilst there. We will definitely go back hopefully with a well child. Lovely environment with amazing staff.

   Food has been disappointing the last few times I’ve been, it isn’t cheap either. I had the seafood linguine and it was just tasteless; too much oil and swimming in pasta water. Merely flavourless pasta with a bit of seafood. Could have done a better job myself. I’d eaten most of it because I was hungry and had only a third of the dish remaining when the waitress came over and asked how our food was. I told the truth that it was a bit watery and tasteless so she coerced me to get another dish. I asked for risotto, and she had already put the order through before coming back to explain that she didn’t know how it would work in terms of payment whether it would be 50% off the linguine etc, and that I would have to pay for a whole other dish. This wasn’t made clear to me at the time of ordering the risotto. There was also a huge wait on food so I told them not to bother. But it wasn’t a good experience and I wouldn’t go back because there’s other much better and cheaper restaurants in and around Northwich.
