   Following the MOT and servicing, the decision was made to proceed with the MOT, resulting in a failure, and subsequent servicing prior to a retest. This has negatively impacted my service history, and I have not received any response to my calls since the service was completed. Therefore, I cannot recommend their services.

   My car failed its MOT at a test station due to rust holes. I was quite worried about getting it fixed, but I brought it in, and they welded it up the same day for a reasonable price. I have a new MOT now, very happy.

   Was anxious about using a different garage, as my car has been going to the same garage for years. However I wanted to get my brakes looked at/sorted sooner rather than later. Via phone calls, emails and in person..Leah answered all my questions and put me at ease about turning up to collecting my car afterwards...I was impressed by how quickly they fitted my car in, and how smooth the whole process was. Although I will still use my usual garage for the car's annual service and MOT..I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone ...probably not the cheapest but absolutely can not fault them on Service. 5*

   I’ve been lucky enough to have had Andy work on my cars for over 15 years and he’s always done an excellent job. He explains what needs to be done clearly and only does work which is necessary. His prices are very reasonable and I am completely confident in his work as he has looked after my cars for so many years and they have never failed. My present car has just clocked over 202,000 miles (I’ve had it for 100,000 of those miles) and is still going strong thanks to Andy’s maintenance. Andy and his team are highly skilled and not only that they are really friendly, nice people. I recommend Jackson’s Garage to anyone who wants work done properly by excellent, trustworthy mechanics for a fair price. Thanks Andy and your team for all your hard work over the years.
