First impression. Dropped by with small issue, but that made driving impossible. The guys were incredibly helpful, made time to solve the problem and were happy to not charge. Will definatley be my go to garage from now on. Thanks fellas

Took my car in for MOT. Had the exhaust and some rust done. Picked it up and had knocking noises which weren’t happening previously. My brother can vouch for that. King Pins refused to accept any responsibility and said that the noise was there before any work was carried out. This is simply not true. We’ve been semi regular customers for years until now. Clearly not an honest business be it just an employee issue or wider business practises. Too late for us, but do better it loose more customers.
I have used Kingpin Autos a couple of times now and I can highly recommend them. They are without a doubt THE best garage I have ever used in my 40 years of driving. I have complete trust and confidence in their advice, quality of work, reasonable cost, and their commitment to their Customers. Adam and Dave provide the best overall service I have experienced - have not met nicer mechanics! They also recommended bodywork, and tyre specialists who I used and had it not been for them, I’m sure I could have been charged a lot more elsewhere. You can completely trust them with your vehicle - I would not go anywhere else.
When in a moment of need because your car has decided to start falling apart, all you need is a trusted and friendly mechanic to fix the issues. The guys at Kingpin are exactly what we needed and more. Not only did they fit us in when we hadn’t booked, they identified and fixed the issue straight away, as well as giving the car a quick once over to make sure everything else was safe and sound. I couldn’t recommend going to Kingpin more and we’ll definitely be straight back if any other issues arise.
I had an MOT carried out by Kingpin recently, easy booking and flexible around my work schedule. Car dropped off first thing, MOT done by lunchtime, a few small bits needed doing and completed by mid afternoon. A few advisories, provided realistic times to get them done by and rough costs involved. Helpful and friendly, would use again

I had a fuel pump issue which left my car stuck on the drive. They assisted getting it down to the garage and diagnosing the issue which was the control module. It was a 3 week delay in getting the part in as it is not readily available but no fault of the garage. As soon as it arrived it was installed and ready to go. Very reasonable rate for the service received.
Very happy to recommend this business. I was in Hove for only a brief visit and thought I'd be stranded when my car broke down. Stephen took the car at very short notice, fixed it and explained what was wrong, all for a reasonable price. Would definitely use again if I return to Hove (and had the misfortune of a second breakdown!).
