Honest, knowledgeable, quick. Took my Audi a4 to a different garage in Brighton for a service the day before, was assured everything was fine, next day it didn’t turn on, the battery was dead among other issues and it took them 3 days to complete . So took to jack , him and the team were extremely efficient and cost effective. Great experience and fixed within the day
These guys are fantastic! Came in this morning with an intermittent indicator problem, which they diagnosed and fixed immediately. Yes, it was a quick and simple fix, but it still took up some of their time, but they refused to accept any payment. They even spotted that the coolant level was low and topped this up as well. And it was all done with good humour and perfect politeness.
Such a great garage experience. I called in a panic as my car was overheating and at risk of further damage. Jack told me to come in straight away and he would help. He told me exactly what the problem, how much it would cost to fix (extremely reasonable) and fixed it that day, lifesaver! Jack was professional and kind, would definitely recommend.

BEWARE! I had the cam belt on my car snap and needed replacing and took to this garage. Being a student I have very little knowledge on cars. After getting it replaced asking the mechanic multiple times if the car is safe to drive to Bristol as I had a holiday booked he said it was fine and to come back to sort a issue with the gear box later. After driving a grand total of 18 miles from the garage my head gasket went on my car due to no engine coolant present according the the RAC. I do feel quite mugged off as the cost of replacing the head gasket is about £700 as quoted by a manual mechanic and the value of the car is about £1000 the cost of this initial repair was also £140. I ended not having a car for a month and getting £300 in scrap for it and pretty much ruined my holiday, Christmas and has still left me short this January. I had left multiple emails all of which unanswered. The mechanic is a very friendly guy when chatting to him however I wouldn’t use him again after this experience.

These guys were absolutely amazing - I needed my car sorted urgently today (EPC error - throttle problem) and without any prior notice/booking, they fixed it within a couple of hours. I cannot thank them enough for their skills, but also kindness too. Also, very good value for money. 100% recommended.
