   Genuinely the most helpful, fair and knowledgeable garage I've ever used. Taken all of my cars to them for a huge range of issues. I've never been charged an unfair price and the guys are always more than happy to go the extra mile. Cannot recommend them enough.

   Moved to brighton 3 years ago and have been using these guys for the duration. They are friendly, give sound advice and are not intimidating. Had an issue with a car post service and they called me straight back in to rectify it, it turned out to be a diagnostics issue on the car. They’ve always accommodated me and have given advice when I’ve not been able to get to them. Great service, thank you!

   It's good to know that others have had good experiences of Grantham Road. The guys are friendly and helpful. I do have a question mark over their parts pricing. Chris estimated the price of a part, which I found was 3 times the price from a reputable online seller who would supply with a 2 year warranty. Chris offered to confirm the price with a solid quote but didn't call me the next day as promised. So I had to chase. He confirmed that he'd over estimated but the quote was still twice as much as the online parts. He advised that he didn't source parts online and by using online parts they couldn't guarantee the work. I just couldn't find any parts at the high prices being quoted but Chris wasn't prepared to say where he got them from. So I took my business elsewhere where the prices can be verified.

   Very happy with the service at Grantham garage. My car needed a new exhaust and an oil and filter change. The turn around was less than 24h hours. Very friendly staff and I was looked after on the price after mentioning I was NHS staff. Used earlier in the year for MOT too and will continue to use them in future.

   I've been using these guys for years for general repairs and MOTS. Super friendly, fairly priced and always manage to fit stuff in for me if I really need the car back - they've also given me advice over the phone which has been really useful. I really trust these guys - a great, local garage.
