I accidentally booked for the day after our flight arrived at Heathrow. Yikes! Although I didn’t notice the error until we landed, the dispatcher was able to send a car out right away. Our driver, Amir, was so helpful and everything worked out perfectly! It was such a relief that BAT was able to change our reservation at the last minute!

Good price, comfortable, clean and roomy car for 8 people plus 8 hold luggage and 8 hand luggage. The driver was helpful, polite and punctual. Brilliant experience so ended up using twice! Speedy confirmations, good communication and slick service. Our driver was lovely, and when we forgot my partner's phone in his car, he came back within minutes of finding it! Very pleased - well worth the fee for hassle free transfer!
Booking a car for 4am on Christmas Eve from a company we’ve not used before seemed like a risk…..but BAT we’re great. Several confirmation emails and texts.
