   Had a flat tyre on my Audi Q3 on Saturday morning . I spoke to a person who was sat at a desk in the reception area and explained I had just re inflated a dead flat rear left tyre and wondered if it could replaced . He asked me what the size and make was … which I am afraid I did not know . When I asked if he could check for me he said it can be looked at later that afternoon as he was incredibly busy . I was a long way from home and concerned the appointment he was offering was 4 hrs away. I asked if he would be able to check if it were possible to see if he had one available. He stated that he had a 100 jobs in front of me and would not step outside to look at the make and size of my tyre ! His attitude was blunt and incredibly unhelpful. My friend checked the tyre and informed him . He looked it up and said nothing until the New Year .. as no deliveries of tyres . My experience of this place was awful …..Unhelpful , arrogant and rude . I appreciate it is a busy time of year but each customer should be treated with a kind , helpful friendly approach. I have since contacted a tyre company in Brighton who are able to order and fit a tyre this afternoon . Professional and kind …. Totally different experience. I will never return to such an awful place …

   Went in on a Saturday afternoon due to warning tyre pressure light. I had the pleasure of interacting with the rudest person ever at the desk. All I asked for was for him/them to help take a look if I had a puncture or perhaps the sudden cold spell had affected tyre pressure. He was so rude and negative, he did not even allow me to finish my sentences and flatly refused to even take a look at the car. We are local and in the past they have been super helpful with punctures and tyre replacements. But on this occasion I drove away pretty dismayed with the reception from that individual- just plain rude!

   Fantastic service. I needed my car battery replaced and a new rear brake lightbulb. Ray, the mechanic was friendly, helpful, highly efficient. He quickly sorted things out. Price very reasonable too. I highly recommend this Kwik Fit.

   Arranged to get tyres changed here. Arrived to be told it would take 3 hours, I would get rubbish tyres and they had no idea how long it would take to get authorised. I explained no one had told me that and just got a rude “it wasn’t me that called”. Went to another branch and was done within the hour. Felt like they had no interest in doing lease vehicles !

   I booked an appointment for the guys to check my exhaust as the middle part had seemingly split and was hanging down. The manager (I think he was the manager - really friendly, nothing seemed a hassle) took the keys from me and said he'd call when they checked out what the issue was. A couple of hours later I get a call to pick the car up, strangely I wasn't told the bill. When I picked up the keys, slightly bracing for a wallet raid, I was told the work was absolutely free! It was only a couple of brackets, so don't worry about it! The honesty of these guys was just lovely to experience. Highly recommend, will most definitely be going back!

   Just the best service - had an important apt to make and they sorted my tyres in less than 40 minutes. Super service well done to you all. Chap on front desk very knowledgeable and great attention to detail. The mechanic - was super speedy. Thanks again guys, got me out of a hole.

   As a mobility customer, I managed to book my MOT in at short notice. I arrived late to the appointment, they were so friendly and helpful. The manager was so understanding about the situation. Such a genuinely nice guy. The weather was abysmal and the guys were kind enough to take me home and to return the vehicle. I will be using this Center for all further testing =)

   Fortunately we can find time slot from this shop to replace my flat tyre urgently in this morning. They take only 20 minutes to complete the job and at a reasonable price. Would recommend someone to use their services if needed.
