   Used Central for years. They canged hands some time ago and since then they are even better. Extremely engaging and easy to talk to. No sharp intakes of breath, just a "can do" attitude, and they can do! They have just Mot'd and fixed two cars for my family, and other cars in the past year or so. Our Spanish built Jimny soft top isn't the usual Japanese one and getting parts is always a problem. I had my doubts about whether it could be repaired, but they did it. They phoned me as soon as they were struggling to find a supplier, but said they would keep trying. By the end of the day they phoned again to tell me they had found and ordered the part. Good workshop, good listeners, good communicators. Also, I think there is an enthusiasm in the firm, a determination to try hard, spend the time, make the extra effort and look after the customers. I've used other garages in Worthing, but I went back when a respected local mechanic put me onto them.

   Came in 04/11/2025 for two front tyres. All staff very professional while changing the tyre I was made aware and shown that one of my front wheels were buckled. I was advised if I was to get another alloy they would happily change the the tyre over for a small and reasonable amount. Staff were all really friendly and approachable and was even made a cup of coffee while I waited. I would definitely recommend and use this garage again.

   I cannot fault Central Auto Repairs at all, they are genuinely brilliant. Our car recently failed its MOT and I was quoted a staggering £800 by another garage for the necessary repairs. Just for the exhaust, it also showed some minors too. Central Auto Repairs looked at the car and did the exact same work for an incredible £400, and even took care of the minor advisories and that included an mot! Not only are their prices honest and substantially cheaper than the competition, but their professional service is second to none. I was in a tough spot and they went above and beyond, even replying to my enquiry at 9 PM and booking me in for the very next day. You simply cannot get that kind of dedicated, next-level service anywhere else. They did a top job, were professional, brilliant, and completely trustworthy. They have earned a loyal customer for life. Highly, highly recommend!

   They changed power steering pump, there are 3 bolts to hold the pump, Why did the fix it with 2 bolts only? One bolt is missing , I was complaining to them ,-they said that they fixed it with 3 bolts but the mechanic was lying to me, Another mechanic said to me that I took the bolt off….I have no words… I went to Ford dealer- ordered bolt and I fix it myself in 10 seconds, not recommend garage at all , When they charge oil- they forgot for cap, had to go back and ask them for cap to put back,
