   I had major problems with my car as it arrived unfinished. The team did everything I asked to finish it, some of which was a real challenge. Three garages had told me an LSD could not be fitted to the car but Olly and his team found the right part and fitted it. Olly is really easy to deal with and nothing seems to worry him, totally brilliant. I will definitely be going back to use their services.

   An unexpected coolant leak on my new (old) Audi TTS meant I had to visit a garage for diagnosis some six months before I was expecting to have the car serviced. Golden Barn Garage recently relocated to Henfield Business Park so I thought I’d ask for their help. It’s the first time I’ve used their services so I wasn’t sure what to expect? A courtesy car was provided and the issue with the Audi diagnosed promptly. Bad news. Needed a new radiator. Grr. I recalled I had a warranty. I hadn’t had chance to look at it but when I mentioned it to Dawn she said she’d do that for me. Wow! That struck me as amazing customer service that exceeded my expectations! The Audi was repaired promptly and Dawn at Golden Barn Garage did all the liaison with the warranty company that saved my time and ensured they covered the claim. That was amazing, I really thought I was in for a massive bill. I was kept up to date by Lauren and Dawn who were both extremely helpful throughout. Along with Keith, they all gave me the confidence that my car was in good hands. Having had an unplanned garage visit, I’m fortunate to have chosen a thoroughly professional business. They’re clearly investing in professional facilities at their new home and owner Ollie tells me they’re able to MoT cars as well. I only like to review businesses if I can give them five stars and stand by my recommendations. In this case, Golden Barn Garage deserves six stars out of five!! If you need your car maintained, repaired or serviced, I have no hesitation in recommending GBG. This is a recommendation which I’m happy to make. The Audi is due for service in April and I’ll definitely be coming back. GBG services and maintains all cars including expensive sports cars. I’m confident in their knowledge and expertise and they have the loveliest people on reception who I’ve discovered are ever so helpful. Don’t take my word for it though. Give GBG a call, or pop in, if you need help with your car.

   It’s the first time I’ve used this garage and I was very impressed, to the point I will be using them from now on. I rarely leave reviews, unless I feel they are warranted, and I feel GBG deserve a 5-star review for both their quality of service and their staff, who were so friendly and helpful when I was in a bind. I will be recommending this garage to all my friends and family.

   Initially I thought this garage only worked on super high end cars so kind of dismissed giving them a call for a cambelt and water pump. Got messed about by another Shoreham garage and got their flyer through the door. Got the car booked in (old insignia). The worked was carried out at a great price with unbelievably quick turn around. Quality of work was fantastic and the courtesy car was a nice touch (cool little car too). I have realised the difference it makes when your car is looked after by an enthusiast. Really can’t rate them highly enough. Best garage around bar none. Really great bunch of guys that actually care about the work they produce. Really appreciate their help in getting the car sorted.

   Fantastic service as always from GBG. The guys there always take extreme care with my car when working on it and show a professionalism and attention to detail I’ve not found anywhere else. They are all Really friendly and they go above and beyond to solve problems in every dealing I have had with them. Top work guys and thank you!
