   We came to eat at this place for a nice Chinese dinner we got there and the starters was alright but the salt and pepper chicken was pink on the inside the bbq ribs had no bbq on them whatsoever it came to the mains and the taste that we had originally thought it was going to be was just not it and according to the restaurant paying £3-4 for soft drinks is okay after that we left the restaurant and as soon as we left one of my friends had thrown up just a couple feet from the restaurant nice experience but the food was horrible

   The duck was good, the mains reasonable but below average, the atmosphere is bland and none of the staff look happy to be there, we took the teenagers who didn’t eat much, for the 180 spent we left very disappointed. Some serious work needed. I won’t be back to this venue genuinely.

   To put it in basic terms it’s awful. Not to mention I have been suffering with the most horrendous food poisoning since eating there Friday. By Saturday afternoon I was crippled in pain temperature of 104 and heart rate of 126. They were the last people to feed me ! Can’t say they have poor hygiene but will never go there again.

   Had dinner here after going to the River Festival. We were seated and given menus, my husband asked for the full menu and gave us one menu between the three of us. Hmm! It was a hot day, so we weren't very hungry. We ordered the spare ribs with honey, crispy Mongolian lamb with pancakes and Chair Shui roast pork with egg fried rice. The food came very quickly. The ribs were nice and the crispy Mongolian lamb, not sure why they had what looked like cooked cabbage underneath. Would suggest warm the plate and put it on, no need for any extra garnish. Service was okay, no conversation or smile from the waitress when bringing drinks or serving food.

   An absolutely gorgeous meal, thoroughly stuffed now. Very friendly, talked us through ordering each course, each course is cooked fresh to order. Highly recommend! Picture is starters. Salt&Pepper Calamari, pancake roll, satay chicken skewer, crispy seaweed.

   It was ok. Neither the best nor worst. We were only offered the all you can eat menu. For what we had, and the quality, it felt expensive. Be aware that for main course two people must order, and eat, two ‘sides’ which are rice, noodles or chips (that is a lot of carbs) with another three main dishes, all of which are considerably smaller than the rice dishes. We didn’t like that the soup, starters and duck pancakes (which was explained as mandatory) were all delivered at the same time.

   Ive eaten in the restaurant many times and its been really lovely, ordered delivery today, and the rice was tasteless, the shredded chicken was chewy and some bits tough and hard so had to spit them out, and the Capitol ribs should have been renamed Bone and Gristle in Capitol sauce. Literally had 1 mouthful of meat out of the whole tub, they were most definitley not work £7 for a mouthful of chewy meat.

   Use to be a good Chinese. Now probably the worst in the town. Food is super bland and watered down, probably to save money. The black bean chicken had so much oil in it. I have included a picture. Spoke to owner to tell him how horrible the food was. He just said the food was prepared freshly. No apology for the low quality food.
