Took my car in because i thought the clutch was going, but due to the honesty of this garage there was no need to change it for awhile. Will be taking my car here again in the future.
I had my front front brakes repaired and was given excellent service. I was quoted the fee for labour and asked to choose from the Europarts website the exact brakes I wanted. Brakes were done extremely quickly without fuss whereas another garage for my rear brake moaned about the bolts being seized up and took all day. I won't say exactly how quickly fairplace took because others might expect the same but it was bloody quick. Also I asked them to check my battery voltage as I was having trouble starting. They found the battery lead was hot due to an electrical issue, so I suggested they clean one of the battery leads. Not only did it solve the immediate problem but also cleared up a long standing issue of the stop/start feature not working from when it was bought new which the Brighton BMW dealership failed to solve in over 5 years! There was a missing nut on the battery lead but BMW failed to see it 5 services and when I put a nut on I didn't clean the lead end first. Thank you for reading my life history

Great professional staff, who are very knowledgeable. I came in to replace my suspension arm bushes, and front brake discs and pads. The car was finished very quickly and even washed outside. I was pleased with the service I had received and I will definitely return for MOT and any future repairs for my car.
Very professional, sorted me out with a new MOT on the day, and what is even better I got a free car wash with my Mot all for just £45. The tester was very transparent with what I needed to have done. Highly recommend!

As time has gone on, the service has gotten worse. I went there today for a car wash and asked for the "Back to black" premium service. When I pointed out that there was still dirt around panel gaps, the staff and manager began to shout at me and become rather rude. I wished them well, and will never return. Its a shame things have gone down hill.
