   Popped into the new Vauxhall dealership to get a better idea of their range as I’ll admit I didn’t know much about Vauxhall's before. I’ve got a big family so I was mainly asking about practical, family-friendly options, and Oliver Gallagher was brilliant – He was patient, informative and really easy to talk to and even though he works for the Vauxhall dealership, he was still happy to chat through how similar Hyundai models I was considering as they have Hyundai in the same dealership, without trying to push me into anything. I left feeling much clearer on what would suit us and with no pressure to make a decision on the spot. I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready to change cars.

   They misdiagnosed our car three separate times, and the problem still hasn’t been fixed. Each visit came with new excuses and charges, but no real solution. It feels like they’re more interested in taking your money than actually repairing your car. I would not recommend this place to anyone—avoid them if you can.

   Superb service! had a letter to say my car was being recalled due to a faulty part, car was collected, fixed, a complimentary health check was done, a video sent to me with the results of the test and the car was valeted and dropped back to me. It was a great surprise and they really went above and beyond what was expected. Also a Special mention to Alex who's customer service was second to none and followed the transaction through, being my main contact from the moment he picked up the call at the start to dropping the car off to me at the end. Very impressed thank you!. Have already recommended 3 people since getting the car back this evening.

   I recently purchased a citreon c3 from tates at portslade it was a brand new car and was our 1' st new car so we were a little bit nervous no need to be as the staff chris read and James made it a very pleasant experience they kept in constant phone contact and their advise helped no end chris saw us from the start to the grand opening at the end and was brilliant nothing false about this man and James nice blokes thankyou boys
