   ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE. New years eve and ordered a takeaway we waited 3 and a half hours for us then to have to ring up to get told it would be another hour and that our order hadn't yet been processed no apology considering I had 4 children starving we cancelled to have to ask for a refund with no customer service skills at all. 0⭐️

   Food is average at best and cold on arrival. This is the second time it's been over 2 hours for delivery and we were told 1 hour. We live within 1 mile!!! No customer care. No apology. No discount offered for late and cold food. Save yourself the bother and order from a better and more reliable Chinese.

   Sent rock hard chips. Tasted like cardboard. I phoned up to complain. They apologised but did not offer to send fresh food or refund me. Very disappointed as I have used this takeaway many times in the past. Consequently I will not be returning there.

   Food good but customer service is appalling!! We got our order after having to direct the driver here because apparently 'google maps isn't working'..... We were missing the sweet and sour sauce with my sweet and sour chicken balls. I called and after about 10 mins of listening to the guy who answered just telling multiple people 'she said there's no sweet and sour sauce..' I was then passed to a female. I was told they will not refund and they only have one driver so can't get the sauce to me. I said I paid for a product so that product needs to be delivered or refunded as per law. She said she will not refund. She said she will come now and will be there in half an hour. I said my food will be cold by then. She said she will bring chicken balls too to replace, but she will count the chicken balls and I need to return 9 balls to get 9 fresh, 'dont eat!'..... I laughed and said the rest of my food will be cold in half an hour, I'm not eating half my food now and the rest then. She said that's how long it takes. I said it takes me 15 minutes to get to them. She said she didn't have helicopter.... They refused to refund the product they did not provide, were rude, accusatory from the start and all round disgusting attitude and actions. I accepted they have no customer care and just hung up. Very interesting to see so many other reviews with the same issue about rudeness, refusal to refund and being told they 'only have one driver' probably time to get another.... Or just learn some customer care?

   Ordered Christmas eve which we knew would be busy for them. They took over 3 hours and after multiple phonecalls and my husband offering to collect they delivered to wrong house despite having correct address and postcode! And the fact that through just eat now you have to give a 4 digit code which they didn't receive because it didn't come to us went somewhere else. They haven't given us a re fund and wouldn't make us anymore food. Absolutely awful service will never use again. I'll be calling again to try and get my refund over £70 I'm not letting that slide. I'll call and call and go down to the shop until I get all my money back.

   We have used this takeaway for several years now and never had an issue other than a little late when they are busy but they are busy for a reason. They are the best Chinese takeaway in the area by miles.

   Ordered food at 7.40pm and despite multiple phone calls we never received our food. The staff were incredibly rude and just kept telling me they are busy and it’s on its way, absolute joke. Will never order again and would advise others to go elsewhere.

   Has delivers late 4 times now, cold food (it's been a while since our previous order and forgot). Same excuse as last time, 'we only have 1 delivery driver'. Was told the manager would handle it, haven't heard anything from them. Will not be ordering from them again. Food's OK, but certainly not worth being almost an hour late, we ordered at 630pm food came at 830pm.

   Very rude staff and they don’t know how to communicate professionally and politely. Will never be eating from here again and demanded some money off for my terrible experience.

   My first time ordering since the place changed names and owners and I have to say that it was excellent in every respect. Food was delivered quickly, was piping hot, was delicious and the portion sizes generous. Our old Chinese has become our new Chinese! Can't fault it at all, thank you.
