   Kings used to have an excellent service record. In the last few years it’s changed hands and can never meet a delivery time. Constantly find them putting your delivery time back further and further. Never trust their delivery times. It’s always on its way when you call. Expect to wait between 90 minutes to 2 hours. Finally had enough of them. Used them as could pay by card and was easy but shall now be using others. Food often arrives warm and not piping hot.

   Food looked like it had been frozen and microwaved on site . No taste . Under cooked . The crab soup looked like crab sticks had used. Landed up putting everything in bin . Will not be using or recommending this Chinese to anyone .

   I just had a takeaway from here and it was the worst I've had in kettering. The chips were stale and the chicken curry was barely warm and to make it worse the chicken was cold !! Awful chinese. I spent £20. If I lived closer I would've definitely been sending it back. DO NOT recommend at all.

   I used King's for over 10 years, and they used to be great. Recently, they've been terrible, most recent took around an hour to actually deliver, two hours if you include the order itself, the food eventually arrive, the chips were cold and soggy, the chicken dumplings were cold and hard, the rice was barely warm, and the sweet n sour chicken had barely any sauce, less chicken than an Asda microwave meal and was barely warm, I had to reheat all expect the chips in my own microwave, had to bin the chips, tried to have the dumplings but wasn't good. Wasn't worth the £33 in the end. I'm disappointed and unfortunately i will not be ordering from them again.

   Obsalutelly poor service! The food was less then usual and obsalutelly not tasty!! Before was good, maybe staff is changed.

   Absolutely terrible. I ordered beef chow mien and it had sweet and sour sauce in it . The beef was like rubber . The man on the phone is arrogant and rude .

   Food was as average as you get. Meat was fairly hard to come by in the dish. The meat that was there seemed to be the stringy offcuts. Chips were different varieties in the same bag. Some were undercooked. Crispy wings weren't crispy they were just hard.

   Not the best chow mein, did have a strange taste to it. Gave me the wrong Beef dish and charged extra at the door compared to prices on the menu for what I ordered. Really quick delivery however, and the chips are amazing.

   Ordered beef curry and chicken balls from here. Reasonable price, quick delivery and very polite driver. However the reason I rate this 2 stars as the food quality seems very poor. The beef looks nothing like beef should and has a texture akin to lumpy bubblegum and isn't pleasant by any stretch of the imagination. The curry sauce was very very bland and gelatinous. And the chicken balls were extremely greasy and not very good. Apologies to the staff for this review. It's not my intention to bad mouth you guys or what you do, and I mean no malice, but there is definitely an issue with your food quality which I feel needs urgently addressed. Won't be ordering again guys, all the best for the future :)
