   Just saying I trust them with my car repairs and mot and remedial. Don't be put off if sometimes car needs a higher fix because it is necessary but at times they are so value for money. And they won't add parts replacement if it is not necessary. I find them very professional , friendly and trustworthy and they have it seems excellent network of partners they have where parts can be sourced. Going the extra mile from my experience is something they do if they can help. Not going into too much depth they sorted a power steering issue which a dealership could not guarantee an original part and charge dealership prices. Silverbrookes fixed issue for fraction of cost. Common sense needs to prevail they have that in bucket loads. I now drive a vehicle that does not need to be crushed and has a few years of life left. Next time you need car repair and they are local to you give them a try. Be pleasantly surprised. Thanks to all staff there.

   Excellent Service, Amazing Advice, Great Value, Honest and Totally Genuine. I accessed Silverbrookes via web search and an organisation called Servicingstop who are most definitely not. I strongly advise people never to use Servicingstop and go direct. Servicingstop have hidden extra charges and use hard sales tactics to try to get you to buy additional extras that are not needed/charge excessive prices for work.

   This garage is brilliant, I genuinely have never had such good service when buying a vehicle. Absolutely no hard sell at all just genuine helpfulness, good knowledge of the vehicle and the ability to listen to what the customer wanted resulted in me being able to buy a car on my sister’s behalf seamlessly and with confidence. Amy, the salesperson was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful - and believe me I had lots of questions! We collected the car Friday and my nephew drove it up to his mum over the weekend and absolutely made her day - she loves it.    Took my old 1989 Mini there today for the MOT and always a bit stressful waiting for the outcome on a 35 year old car and what a great bunch of people there. Very good at looking after the car and helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their trade. We’ll be taking our other vehicles there. Oh, and the car passed its MOT!

   Local garage which offers a range of services including MOT. You can book online and this gives you the costings of service and MOTs based off your number plate. Helpful staff and efficient service. They also send you a text reminder when your MOT is due. Interesting range of cars for sale too.

   Absolutely lovely guys. Being a new car owner I was in safe hands. Had my brake pads and discs replaced recently, very reasonable priced too! I asked to be quoted on a drive shaft leak BMW informed me I had and it would be close to £500 to fix. Decided to get a quote from Silverbrookes where upon inspection there was actually no leak, just a very old oil stain which BMW claimed needed a £500 repair. Nice to know there are genuine garages like Silverbrookes who won’t rip you off for work that doesn’t need doing. If you’re looking for a genuine trusted garage then look no further. Thanks again, will be back for any future work and MOT’S

   Brilliant service. Lewis was friendly and honest. He tried to down sell the service package we asked for as he didn't think it was all necessary. Even changed the fuel filter instead of the air filter as I already replaced it recently myself. Highly recommend.

   I had my full service of Passat CC...they forgot to returned the clamps of the filter and the hose attached to it...I wanted to email them the picture but there is no email and I called them they seem uninterested to sort or even find where is the clamp.
