   I went in for a routine MOT and they incorrectly recorded the mileage, adding over 3,000 miles. This error flagged up when I came to sell the car a few weeks later, costing me a serious buyer and the new vehicle I had lined up. Despite clearly being their mistake, they offered no genuine apology, took no responsibility, and simply told me to contact the DVLA. The 30-day window to amend mileage had passed by the time I found out, and they refused to provide even a basic supporting email to help resolve the issue. Completely unacceptable service – I’d strongly advise avoiding if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

   Real shame! Been using these guys for the past 3 years and had our first fail. Took car back for retest and was not advised to bring paperwork back, otherwise would have. Was met with swearing by two of the staff and constant starring at me and shaking of heads. Not very professional and it made me feel extremely awkward and belittled. Unfortunately, it's time to move on.
