   Very bad experience with the worthing branch, failed mot which is fair enough, but it failed on a bulge on a front tyer. They told me to bring the car back the following morning to have the new tyers and the retest sorted unfortunately whoever was on shift failed to book me in and never told anyone I was coming back, the Internet was down and they couldn't check if they had the tyers in stock 'I guess they can't look' so I went elsewhere and they found no bulge but both fronts could do with replacement. Kwik fit then couldn't get the retest done due to the Internet problem even other branches couldn't help me. When it finally went in and I got the car back, the following day I had warning lights saying I had no break fluid upon opening the bonnet the cap wasn't on but was in the scuttle panel! So had the breaks checked and new fluid at another garage. I personally Will never use them again!!

   I visited yesterday with a low tyre pressure light that was due to a slow puncture caused by a nail that was not repairable. A new tyre was required but was not in stock. Lewis who was on reception sourced one from another branch and had it delivered to the Worthing branch who then fitted it and sent me safely on my way home All the time i was there Lewis answered the phone constantly and dealt with numerous customers between calls and queries to and from the service area and always with a big smile. Thank you for going that extra mile excuse the pun

   Excellent service and fitted me in early so I could get on with my day which really helped me out so thanks very much to the the 2 lads who had come over from Portsmouth branch that day and fitted me in even before opening hours because they knew I’d be waiting outside otherwise. Well they made a very satisfied customer. Great service.

   These guys are incredible… we were on our way to my son’s driving test and the exhaust started making a loud sound. I ran into their office and I’ve never seen people work so fast. They knew the urgency and “kwik fit” they did!! We made it to the test centre just in time. Thank you so so much!!

   Please change the name to SlowFit I had a mobile fitting scheduled, and the fitter showed up only to say the car was too low for their jack, despite all the details being given at booking. He mentioned he could drop the tires at Worthing that evening after I suggested it as the second most convenient location after Horsham. So, I called Worthing, and they redirected me to customer service, we arranged a 10:45 AM appointment the next day. The next morning, I called to confirm that the tyres had indeed arrived. It took them ages just to confirm that, yes, the tires were there. We arrived on time at 10:45 AM, they said they were just waiting for a ramp to be free’d and they’d get on with it. We went to a cafe, drove around, and came back an hour and a half later. Turns out the tires were only just being delivered at that very moment by the same guy who said he’d drop them off the night before, claiming he had been stuck in Crawley. Meaning he could’ve dropped them in Horsham. He was a nice fella, and so were all the fellas there. But they’re clearly all pretty useless, which was unfortunate. I was lied to multiple times, about the tyres being there. It’s really not that hard to tell the truth. Eventually, they did the job, but it was an exercise in frustration, it cost me and my Dad half a day that we won’t get back. Do NOT use KwikFit mobile fitting if you have a supercar.

   Went in with flat tyre was told my other tyre was worn down and needed replacing.. Ian sexton had sat me down and gave me some choices and the lads cut me a great deal. Lovely and polite and had a great cup of fresh coffee... definitely would come back and recommend my family and friends! Lovely chaps! Well done guys! Brilliant managers! To add, Ian sexton was a pleasure to deal with!
