Really enjoyed the veggie breakfast at Fresco — tasty, fresh, and nicely cooked. Good portions, great flavours, and it didn’t feel heavy at all. The service was great and the vibe was spot on. Would definitely have it again.
This, well positioned, coffee shop on Swansea Marina offers a great range of hot drinks and food. HOWEVER, the customer service standards here are shocking! When busy, it is quite normal for staff to still recognise that someone is waiting to be served and most customers will be patient. This establishment ignores it's new customers, as we waited nearly 15 minutes right next to the till point and more than 3 staff just rushed past and didn't even look at us, least of all acknowledge that we'd be served. Eventually we walked out after 15 minutes and went elsewhere. It's a shame that potentially good businesses fail at the simplest customer service!
I have been coming here for many of years! I can say the staff are amazing, polite and friendly! Nice chilled atmosphere! Food is always good and I'm a keen foodie so taste and quality is important to me and this place always is tip top with food & drinks. My go to place and would recommend everyone to go here and try.
Lovely coffee and food. Gorgeous views of people boating and the marina lifestyle. Warm and vibrant atmosphere. Staff are all helpful and positive. Lovely music couldn’t ask for more tbh… I even got a swan/bird design in my frothy coffee….
An ok lunch. Sandwich was filled nicely. My salad had buttered toast which was a little strange. Pitta bread would be more in keeping. But it was quite tasty. Won’t rush back to be honest.
Recommended for the full English breakfast. The special hot chocolate wasn't worth it
Our table was cleaned and floor swept throughly before we sat down. Found service a little on the slow side, and not very attentive. Wraps were okay skimped on the tuna filling and raming full of salad. I found the chucky chips nice enough.
