   really sad as normally i’ve never had a bad experience with the place :( waited 20 minutes just for a pot of tea and some toast before my shift and unfortunately had to leave without receiving my order and it was too busy to ask for a refund, meanwhile patrons who ordered more complex drinks after me were being served in no time. one of my favourite places for coffee but sadly this time was not great :(

   I frequent Coffee#1 Whitchurch fairly often, and was visiting Swansea so decided to pop in for a Deluxe White Hot Chocolate, which was very nice. Atmosphere was very nice also, and it was very spacious and not too crowded. I will definitely visit when I'm in the area again

   Nice cafe. Had a cup of tea and a cake. Could do with a few more tables, but that would make it cramped. Only 4 stars because one of my pet hates is wobbly tables. And you guessed it, the only table free was a wobbly one.

   First time to the cafe and I thought it was quite spacious and not overly crowded, but perhaps it was also too early for people. Ordered red Berry tea, and cappuccino and some croissants and cakes. The food was average and nothing much to rave about. The staff at the counter was attentive but I wouldn't say necessarily engaging or friendly. It was alright but wouldn't really go there again.
