My dentist, Susan, makes a visit to the dentist almost a pleasure - quite a feat. She is always warm and friendly as well as supportive and reassuring. She offers excellent advice which I do my best to follow. I have complete confidence in her.

I have been receiving regular treatment for the last 18 months including Sure Smile invisible braces and I couldn't be happier with the results! As someone who started out being incredibly nervous to attend a dental appointment, I now have no worries going for a check - up or having any work done. I have been attending this practice for 10+ years. I have always received excellent treatment from all the staff. I had not been to a dentist for many years and my wife said the treatment here was first class. I now go regularly and am pleased to have found a dentists that I am really happy with.
All the reception staff and nurses are always extremely helpful, kind and efficient. I have received several very complicated treatments from George which were done with absolute professionalism and high levels of skill. I am so pleased with the results.

I'm genuinely staggered by the positive reviews- to the point I am suspicious of their authenticity. My dealing with this dental practice has been unreservedly dreadful. Impossible to get through or make an appointment. Charged me £140 for a brief exam and 2 x rays and I'm an existing patient. Dentist was disinterested and standoffish, with very poor people skills. I felt like he was doing me a massive favour. Then cancelled my next appointment for treatment at 2pm the day before when I had booked time off work. Rude, unprofessional and I would seriously avod. There are 5 other practices in Lewes, go to one of them
