   I always have a good experience at this dentist, all staff are amazing, treatments are amazing however I had to knockdown one star because every time I come in I always have to wait 25 minutes + to hear my name call out. I understand things run over however staff should try even harder as it does effect patients day especially those working who go during break or planned things ever. Please try and stick to timings.

   Unfortunately, I’ve had no choice but to escalate my concerns to the ombudsman after being removed from their NHS patient list without any explanation. Despite sending multiple emails to try and resolve this, I received no response, which was extremely disappointing and stressful considering I have just recently moved my partner and son over. I want to be clear that the dentists themselves are excellent — professional, skilled, and genuinely caring. This review is not a reflection on their clinical work, which has always been excellent. Unfortunately, the administrative handling of my case has been very poor and has undermined the trust built with the clinical team. On a previous occasion, I also paid for a scale and polish but only received a scale due to equipment failure. No partial refund or resolution was offered, and after repeated chasing, I eventually gave up pursuing it. It’s a real shame that such strong clinical care is being let down by poor communication and customer service on the administrative side.

   I had an excellent experience with Mohit and Jess. The service was exceptional from start to finish; they were patient, professional, and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout my treatment. Everything was explained clearly and the whole visit felt reassuring. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients.

   My hygienist Jess was as usual very friendly and helpful. She always does a thorough treatment and clean. Concerned about one of my teeth she asked for a Dentist to review me as an emergency and I was examined and prescribed antibiotics and my routine Dental check rescheduled earlier to complete any further treatment.    I cannot recommend enough MK Dental Practise . Everyone here is so lovely Reception Staff Dental Assistants, Mo, Sam, and of course my Dentist Chris. I had not been to the Dentist in quite a few years mainly because I was scared. I think a lot of people feel like this but it really is an amazing place they are kind very patient and empathetic. They treated me with such kindness have done a fantastic job everything was explained to me the whole way through my treatment . So I would say go for it plus they do patient plans which help with the cost of treatments . Thank you again everyone.

   I have been a patient at this practice since it opened. I am seen by the principal MK himself who is excellent. I feel safe in his hands and reassured. Painless always. His wife is the hygienist Jessica and again takes time and is very thorough. Nothing is rushed. Explains and speaks to you through every step. Highly recommended. A colleague I know was treated here and pleased with the treatment and necessary implant. I also like that they have late night appointments on specific days and take Saturdays for hygienist appointments for those who anttake time offfrom work in the week

   Saw hygienist Jessica this morning. She was extremely kind and professional, took on board my anxiousness due to medical concerns. Talked me through everything she was doing and even gave me a mirror to show me. She did a great job with very little discomfort . Immediately made another appointment to see her in 6 months. No trepidation about going back. Thank you so much Jessica and your lovely assistant too.

   I highly recommend this dental practice. I have been seen by both Mo and Jess and each time has been great. I have a real phobia of dentists but they completely put me at ease and listened to me, they reassured me I would not experience pain and I didn't.    I have just joined this Dentist after around 4 years without one. I was so pleased just to find one that accepted NHS patients. I had my first appointment yesterday and everyone was super lovely, especially the owner and dentist I saw Mo. I needed fillings and to see the hygienist. They got me in today!! I couldn't believe it. Jess really looked after me especially after telling her I was worried about getting a migraine due to lights and my jaw aching. She got Mo to check on me and some paracetamol and they even covered the goggles with a face mask so I could relax more. Sherry assisted Jess and took good care of me too. Honestly cannot praise them enough! Looking forward to returning!!!☺️
