Today was my first appointment at this dental surgery. Every member of staff was helpful and welcoming. My dentist was Sam and he was gentle and kind and knowledgeable with helpful tips and information. I came out so happy that my dental needs are in genuinely caring and helpful hands.

I was a patient of the Dental Centre for a few years and agree after COVID they just plunged in customer service and decent dentists leaving especially Dr Janssen who was amazing. I'm now with a Clinic of a similar name but off the chart better in all areas.

1st visit to a dentist in 20 years, mainly due to fear and cost - 1 broken Tooth and all the others are in great nick! Brilliant dentist who took time to understand my head and neck cancer treatment and the how the drugs effect things like clotting and jaw bone health. Excellent appointment, great dental team, looking fwd to my next appointment!

I've been with the Brighton Dental Centre for a while and I'm very impressed with the new management that has taken me back as an NHS patient. I've had an emergency appointment to have 3 fillings in and it's been fantastic. I was seen on the same day and the new team of receptionists, dentists and nurses there are wonderful. Special thanks to Dentist, Dr Keerthy Sasi and Nurse, Namrata Randhawa. Really happy with the service and the brilliant new team! Can't recommend them enough :)

Initially registered and went in for an emergency appointment following some severe tooth pain. The reception staff were very kind and efficient and got me an appointment for the same week. Following this and a couple of visits leading to a tooth removal, I really cannot thank the staff here enough for all their help. Special thanks to the amazing Dr Rateb Makawi who had to deal with my stubborn teeth. I would recommend registering to everyone, healthcare done right!

Absolutely useless. Non existing customer service. They say they will send a reminder for next check up - nope. Then you get an appointment (4months to wait) and after 2 months you receive automatic appointment cancellation with no explanation/rebooking. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I've used this practice for a few years, and on the whole it's been ok up until recently. The dentist I had there until recently was fine, and I had no problem. Initially, the hygienist was indeed rude, as has been mentioned elsewhere, so I made no more appointments with her and I don't know if she still works there. I've now been allocated a new dentist, and I've had four out of my last six appointments cancelled at short notice! For example today at 10am for this afternoon's 2:30pm appointment. They have the absolute bare-faced cheek to put up posters etc. threatening patients with fines if they cancel appointments. I didn't complain at all until today, when I mentioned the situation and basically got a "not my fault, it's the dentist's" from the receptionist.

Unfriendly and smug like most dentist seem to be. Thank you for your reply I please don't doubt me, this is a review of Brighton Dental Centre. I was calling to become a new patient. That's why you do not have a record. Your service starts at the front door. So I will not be a patient or customer of Brighton Dental Centre.

The most blunt, un-sympathetic reception staff I have ever encountered in a dental practice. Manners and empathy cost nothing but this is really beyond the team there. Cancelled my appointment several times without an apology, also cancelled my daughter's on more that one occasion. Oh, and if you are unlucky enough to go, you will need to sit in the waiting room for at least half an hour as they never run on time. Even today (after 3 cancelled appointments) my daughter has had to wait 30 mins ini the waiting room as they are running behind again!

I have been a patient here for 18 years and have always been treated with absolute respect and patience. I am a very nervous patient, terrified! I had a treatment yesterday of which I had been really anxious about and the dentist jo and the nurse Phoebe where so good to me and we t above and beyond to make my treatment pain free and calm. Also an excellent job! Thankyou so much I cannot rate them high enough. Thankyou Justine
