   All happy when you are paying them regularly after that it’s Everyman for themselves can’t be bothered to reply to emails or voicemails to resolve issues I honestly give up with this place. (Probably will get the email was in the spam folder reply from them so they didn’t see it or they couldn’t get through to my number) Teeth shifted and the retainer made last time I came up did not fit properly hygienist even noted this on the system. No effort to resolve this now teeth have shifted wasted over 5k for nothing. Only plus side to this clinic is location this is close to Brighton so when you are depressed with the service here there is many pubs/bars to accommodate you.

   To be honest I never really take the time to write a review but I feel this is a must.. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chrissy (Hygienist) and Simon (Dentist) this week. This is hands down the best service I have ever been given and throughout the practice everyone is hugely considerate and highly professional. They are sincere, conscious and incredibly experienced in their work. I cannot recommend SmileWorks Brighton enough!

I've had my braces off since December 2015 and I couldn't be happier with the results - my entire experience of having braces was painless and so quick.
