I had a tooth extracted by Dickon Adams yesterday. The procedure was completed quickly and efficiently with his usual care and attention. There's been the very minimum of discomfort following the extraction. Everyone in the practice is friendly and helpful.
From the moment I arrived the staff and the environment put me at ease. I am a very nervous patient so I found this extremely helpful. Dickon also made me feel as comfortable as possible and explained clearly what the treatment consisted of and on completion what to expect afterwards. He constantly reassured me and asked me how I was feeling.
I have recently finished my Invisalign plan and I am delighted with the transformation of my smile. Henry is truly amazing. Constant Communication, regular check ups, no judgement . He really did put me at ease and got results I didn’t think was possible Also the reception team are brilliant, so friendly and informative Would highly recommend burgess hill dental. Couldn't recommend enough. 6 Stars! The team are always very welcoming on arrival. Used to be a very nervous patient but Henry has also been excellent in dealing with this. Recently had a cracked tooth and was able to get an emergency appointment and felt confident it would get resolved drama/stress free, which it was.
Today I finished a course of treatment with Dickon. He has been amazing - I am terrified of visiting the dentist but he has helped me through brilliantly, and done a fantastic job. I am jolly old and can honestly say that Dickon is the best dentist I've ever experienced!
We recently visited Burgess Hill Dental as a family. All the staff were welcoming and friendly, we felt very safe given the current covid situation. Sally the dentist and her nurse were both very friendly and professional, taking time to thoroughly explain what she was doing throughout the appointment especially to my young children. I have had invisilgn, veneer and Whitening treatments and I have never experienced such gentle and effective work.
