Had an emergency appointment today, receptionist was lovely so was the dentist and his colleague (I had Mohadad) I was so nervous but he made me feel at ease, he listened, didn’t rush and was very understanding & helpful with my situation. Thank you!

The new I.T. system had teething issues but everybody seemed to cope remarkably well. I was impressed with everyone in the clinic and both the dentist and hygienist were very pleasant, informative, thorough, kind, and exceedingly efficient & knowledgeable. If I am still alive, I will go back in six months! I'm not dead yet and I could live to 119 years old.
I have been coming here for a couple of years now. All the staff are absolutely fantastic. The reception are always responsive and kind, and will call back when they say they're going to! I want to give a personal recommendation for the dentist Charlotte. She is hands down, the best dentist I've ever had. I go in anxious and leave smiling! She is efficient, calm and very respectful. She understands neurodivergency and is extremely patient. 10/10!
Very pleasant experience using this surgery. Everyone seemed very friendly, which sadly makes a change from a lot of the experience I've had with dentists in the Sussex area. I'm pleased to have found a dentist that makes me feel at ease. The only drawback I had was that you cannot pay with Amex which I unfortunately didn't know and this is the only credit card I have. Given the cost of dental services I feel this would make things a bit easier than having get another card or find the money up front.
During the many years I have attended I have received a friendly welcome from staff. Treatment is thorough and professional in a spotlessly clean environment. My dentist Paul Redstone has always found a solution to my dental problems. Clare the hygenist is excellent too.
I've been going to to this dental practice for over 20 years and I have always been very happy with the service received. All staff are very pleasant - Receptionists, Dentists and Hygienists. Very clean and very friendly. I'd recommend it.
Dentist : Had one of my top middle front teeth levelled (chip filled). However when i pointed out the one next to it also needed doing & wasn't level the dentist told me that it added character to have that tooth jagged & besides he could do nothing to fix that tooth... even though he just did the exact same to the one next to it (now no symmetry). I didn't wrote this review for years but having left now I feel I can. Hygienist : I am really sad that I can no longer see the male hygienist here as he did an amazing job. Best I have ever experienced.
I visited this dental surgery as I had excruciating toothache. I was charged £290 for a temporary filling!!!!! That was about 3 weeks ago.... I STILL have toothache! No way am I going back there. They didn't bother to use the suction machine when injecting the numbing stuff, so I ended up swallowing a load! The worst dentist I've ever encountered. Back to taking loads of painkillers until I get enough money to visit a competent dentist. So annoyed!!
