As an anxious patient (being a child experiencing dentistry in the 60s when dentists were paid per filling!) i am always put at my ease and made to feel safe. All the staff: receptionists, dentists and dental nurses are welcoming and care about the wellbeing of the people they are treating. I feel supported and listened to as well as receiving excellent treatment.

Who knew going to the dentist could be such a pleasurable experience? From the delightful ladies on reception, a really positive hygienist and the ever friendly and encouraging dentist. The team in this clinic are the best you could hope for. Keep up the great work and see you in 2026! Christian Fleming.

When I was child my dentist was called Me Gabby, always made me feel safe and a respected patient. Now I have been with St George's Dental Practice and they also make me feel safe , respected & valued. Been going many years now and love all the staff. Just to add I feel that safe that if a filling is required, I decline the anaesthetic. Never hurt or needed to panic. Friendliness, cheerful Respectful and approachable. Not a bad combination.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Always an absolute pleasure to visit this dental clinic. From the moment I arrive, till when I walk out the door after an appointment, I am always treated with a friendly, respectful and professional manner. Great reception team, and all the practitioners I have seen there always put the highest standards of patient care at the core of their practice. And all for a price that is highly competitive. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

These cowboys are neglectful, ruthless, moneygrabbing and deceiptful. In early 2019 I was suffering from toothache so I made an appointment with [removed] and eventually decided the best course of action was to have the tooth extracted. "But at the extraction appointment it was absolutely horrible. For a start, I told Dr [removed] I could feel everything she was doing and how painful it was but she didn’t stop. Something was clearly wrong, and she finally aborted the extraction saying it would have to be completed at a subsequent appointment. When I got home that day the tooth was extremely painful. Two days later my face had swelled up to the size of a balloon. It was ridiculous. I immediately saw a different dentist who said massive infection was present in my face and neck. Then the swelling increased even more, and I was urgently referred to hospital where I stayed for three nights and they drained an abscess. After the ordeal I got in touch with Dental Law Partnership who specialise in dental negligence. On analysis of my dental records, lawyers from the firm claimed that Dr [removed] had failed to undertake his tooth extraction with due skill and care and had failed to achieve sufficient anaesthetic, which is why I was in so much pain during the attempted extraction. And this led to the excruciating pain and infections I experienced. Lawyers also noted that Dr [removed] had also failed to spot issues with my tooth at a previous appointment. It’s unbelievable. I went through all this because my dentists weren’t doing their jobs properly. Putting the pain aside, I still need corrective treatment which is going to mean yet more time in the dentist’s chair. It terrifies me. If the dentists had undertaken the correct treatment in the first place, my problems could have been avoided.

Excellent Service. Efficient staff, COVID secure and the best dentist I have experienced. Contacted St George's when my regular dentist could not see because they were busy. The dentist saw me as an emergency, referred me to a local Endodontist and fitted me in at a time that is convenient for me to complete the works afterwards. Staff and facilities of the highest quality. Could not be more happy with the service I had.

I hadn't been to a dentist in 15yrs due to a phobia. I had an issue with a wisdom tooth and booked an emergency private appointment. Told them I was petrified and everyone from the receptionist who took the appointment to the dentist were amazing. I think my dentist is called Dr Healey? (Sorry, I'm awful with names especially in a situation that causes me great anxiety) She was amazing!! There wasn't actually to much wrong, lol. So I booked a clean with her a few weeks later. That was today and it couldn't have gone better. She let me tell her if it was to much or needed a break, etc. She really put me at ease and I can't thank her enough for that. I'm booked in again for 6months time for a follow up just to make sure all is well. I'm so happy I called this dentist. Thank you.

Visited this dental practice for the first time, last week, having recently moved to the area. I am always anxious when going to the dentist. However, the service was excellent and I was so relieved. The Hygienist was so patient and also gentle when cleaning and has a great manner about her. The Dentist was also excellent and explained everything clearly. He would make an amazing teacher. I was very impressed and have encouraged my partner to go to the same practice. His idea was for me to try it out first! Highly recommend.
