   The two ladies in reception were helpful and nice. I don't like going to the dentist as I've had a few bad experiences. The dentist that saw me, never asked any questions, he had the dental nurse count my teeth had his back towards me the entire time putting the information in the computer. He just didn't seem to care that I have a phobia, didn't even try to put me at ease, looked at my tooth no x-rays were taken and to be honest he couldn't wait to get me out of that chair. So I decided to go else where!

   I have been registered with the practice since 2022, visiting both their old premises and this new one. I continue to receive an excellent service as both an NHS patient for check ups & treatment, and private patient for hygienist appointments. I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

   The practice had moved and made me 3 minutes late because I had to search for it. I was told to sit and wait after checking in. The lady next to me complained she was late to see the dentist. I then got told because I was 3 minutes late my appointment was cancelled and had to rebook. Terrible service as I would have to wait anyway and I am in pain having waited 3 weeks for an emergency appointment. If you are going to penalise people for being slightly late at least do it when I get there, not after someone else has complained. I had no complaints before but I am extremely frustrated and unhappy now.

1. Guide ★☆☆☆☆

   Joined these guys months ago. Reiterated everytime that I was a nervous patient. Had two extractions. Never been in so much pain before. Second extraction they didn’t have the correct tool. Took an hour to break up a tooth. The guy from Surrey doing it was really brutal. I actually needed three implants. I asked three times when I was getting them and the cost. Never given further details dates/timescales/costs for his practise in Surrey. All a bit odd considering I was ready to pay etc and commit. Aftercare is not great. Had to learn online what’s needed etc. It is very much a one in one out sort of place with a small waiting room. So when you’ve had a nasty experience and you’re in pain you have to sit there if you’re lucky to get a seat. Since I’ve gone private I’ve had the third tooth out didn’t feel a thing. Got prescribed diazepam as I’m a nervous patient. So if you want to go to a place where they go the extra mile and listen to your needs and concerns I would go elsewhere. There are other NHS places available.

   Zero compassion or sense. I was newly registered with this dentist, having cancelled my previous dentist to join them. They gave me an initial appointment the week I was due to give birth which obviously I could not make. They gave me a second appointment for which I was very grateful. Unfortunately my family became unwell with a vomiting bug and I was not 48 hours clear, so reluctantly I of course had to cancel this too. On calling and trying to reschedule this appointment I was told "you've had two chances". So I wonder if Trafalgar dentists would prefer their patients were not so conscientious and tried not to spread horrible illnesses? Perhaps they would prefer that sick people headed in anyway, as it seems it's their practice to punish people for doing the right thing? That seems to be what reception thinks would have been right. From both an infection control perspective and just general human compassion this seems like big failings from this practise.

   Had to wait 6 months for my new appointment, and I was not able to attend appointment because I was feeling sick. Receptionist was straight rude and replied Sorry, find another dentist we cannot help you. I did send an email before that I will not be able to attend. Now my filling is out and I am in pain without dentist. Thanks ! Dentist supposed to help people, you should not work in healthcare then.

   Very happy with the dentist Dr Ghassemi has provided brilliant caring dentistry for many years for me and my children. Appointments are not that far way when booked and emergencies are seen to quite quickly.

   Registered my two children and took 2-3 month for the first appointment. Then the appointment was cancelled on the morning of the actual appointment. Luckily we got a new one after a week later. I know my child has a problem for long time but we didn’t receive any treatment at this appointment. My child was referred to children dentist because she was too nervous. Are they not children dentists? Why they accept registration? Also the dentists behaviour was very rude, of course my child was nervous. We were scolded like babies. It’s not what anyone expect. We came for treatment. Now I have to wait for another 2 month for the referral to a child dentist come through . The reason to go to a dentist is to get help and all Tahmoures Ghassemi did just scared my children and was very rude.

   First time at Trafalgar Dentist today. I saw Jocelyn as a new NHS patient. She (along with everyone else) was so thorough, calming, kind and informative. Indeed the best check up I've had. For an experience most of us avoid or certainly don't look forward to, Trafalgar excelled at giving me good reason to keep returning regularly and of course leaving this review too.
