Nice dentists but awful reception Phones are NEVER answered not sure why they even have them Only way to book anything is to go in person Then they say you can book over the phone lol
Very friendly, reassure you when ever you need it. They help you to understand everything which makes it so much easier for the patient. They ate very patient and polite and even the receptionists are friendly and always on hand to help you out whenever you need them.
Avoid at all cost! I have been cancelled some many times I can’t count now. Once 5 min before appointment when I was in the building already. Recent interaction was one dentist started treatment which I paid for, then had a date to go and finish. My appointment gets cancelled as usual and when I finally get one that doesn’t, I get a new dentist that only does a check up and charge me for a unnecessary check up when I already paid for my root canal treatment!!! Ridiculous. I waste my holiday and get nothing done and get charged extra. Unbelievable. Now they are calling me asking to pay for a check up I never asked for !
Great practice. Was able to get an appointment within an acceptable time frame. Dentist is great, she's professional and competent and explained every step of my treatment plan and available options. I've used numerous dental practices but can honestly say this is the best by far.
Luckily a week after I put myself on the waiting list I had a call inviting me to come in as a new NHS patient. I really needed some attention to my teeth after lockdown neglect. The whole experience was great with care given in a professional manner. Looking forward to next check-up.
Really friendly reception staff who got me an emergency appointment really quickly. The dentist Miriam and her dental assistant were welcoming, reassuring and very thorough at each consultation. I was always a bit wary of visiting the dentist but this practice and it’s staff have changed that. Having not seen a dentist in 8 years, I’ll now be coming every 6 months for regular checkups.
Dentist is great..Receptionist not so great. The dentist (Davinia Serrano) is one of the best dentists that I've been to. She is friendly, efficient and clear with diagnosis and care. Location wise, it's easy for me as I live nearby and it's in the same building as my doctor's surgery. The only negative about this clinic is the younger receptionist.. such a dour man. Everytime a question is asked he replies as though he is being bothered or interrupted. It doesn't hurt to smile and he really brings this clinic down. I really think his management team needs to discuss his attitude with him and remind him that dealing with people requires certain attributes.
