I've never been made to feel so unwelcome in my life. No wonder the place was so quiet. Can't comment on the food as we didn't get that far due to rude staff. Definitely will not go back again.
Lovely welcoming ladies, breakfast was fresh and tasty and great value. Very clean and bright
Haven't been to the roadhouse cafe for over a year, went this morning about 8.45. We were one of the first there . I ordered the £7.80 breakfast x 2. I paid for it straight away at £15.60. It was OK, bacon was nice, beans were luke warm, ill give it a 6/10 and that's being generous!!. Anyway we finished the meal and just in the car, this woman came out shouting " you haven't paid for your meal". I said I have and paid straight away when ordering. Apparently people pay after they have had the food. Well that put me off for life if honest!! Won't be setting foot in there anytime soon. Accused of theft!! Bah Humbug!!
Absolutely lovely breakfast, freshly cooked to order. Eat in or takeaway. Reasonable prices too
