It’s a pleasure to get up early , have a swim then go Starbucks for a coffee and pupachino! All staff really friendly, always welcome you with your name and make wicked coffees. A credit to Starbucks and to village hotels. Highly recommended
I love starbuks specifically the one in the Village hotel in Swansea. And guess what, I arrived yesterday from KSA, and the first stop was in this coffee, because the barista there are professionals,
I ordered an iced Americano with rice mocha, and honestly the experience was really disappointing. I accidentally spilled the drink, and instead of helping, they made me clean it up myself. I asked if I could get a replacement, and they refused. And i realized There was a hair in my drink. Overall, the service was rude, unprofessional, and very underwhelming. Definitely not a nice experience.
I visited today and met Bea, very friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait for my coffee at all. Thank you very much Michael
