Nobody really actually enjoys a visit to the dentist but they make it as pleasant as it could possibly be! Very friendly, professional team, always there when I need them. I'm really glad to be on their books.
Lily and her assistant were amazing. Barney wasn’t listened to, guided through every step. He was given options and was always the one in control. When it became too much for him Lily offered an alternative option before I could even ask her to consider. Really felt like they want to help him!

It was an emergency appointment due to an inlay coming out over the weekend. I rang up first thing on Monday and they had me in there the Tuesday lunch time. All sorted and able to eat proper food again!
Running late again due to emergency appointments, this time by 40 minutes. This time the receptionist came out to apologise and said the dentist was running last by 15 minutes! I can't understand why emergency appointments aren't added to the end of the day or in to cancellations so that they don't impact on other patients. I understand that sometimes appointments overrun but squeezing extra people in is unfair on the patients it pushes back and have lengthy waiting times as a result.
Very good dentist in Daniel. Treatment is expert , kind and caring. My dental care is in safe hands. The costs are fair and value for money.
Previously booked two appointments which both got moved or cancelled. Then made me wait an hour past my appointment. When it came to my appointment I was told I wasn't urgent enough to be seen and was corrected when I said I had been waiting an hour to that I had been waiting an hour and 4 minutes which added to my frustration. I have to take time off work for these appointments and my next one has been moved to mid February. I was treated like a child and patronized. I have smashed my front tooth which is something I can't wait over a month to get fixed after now 3 cancellations.
The filling that Dan did for me recently was first class. I suffered no discomfort and despite being a challenging filling, the end result was excellent. I am very pleased.
