   Hate to do this but the service was really bad today, only one person serving which took her a while to come out from the back to serve while the queue was building. She clearly didn't want to be in work today, the dishwasher was down so can understand it was frustrating for them but the service and lack of staff let the place down. Also no tissue paper in the toilet was also disappointing seen as it was only 2pm in the afternoon. Christmas week and it was very depressing, didn't get any feeling of joy it was the opposite.

   Only one phone charging point now remains (presumably, others removed because there was demand for them). Coffees now VERY expensive with a misleading choice of house or special blend, as if they were equivalent in price. (Response: the cheapest, please). On the plus side, this is a rare Costa where the tables were clean and the music was not too loud.

   Very disappointed when I visited this store at 6.10 pm on Thursday 14th August with my granddaughter after a swimming lesson. We wanted something warm to eat only to be told that the oven is closed at 6pm for cleaning which the member of staff told me took 30 mins. As the store is advertised as open until 7pm surely a customer should be able to have whatever is available until that time. Very poor customer service. Cold food ie cakes were the only option which is totally unacceptable.

   Firstly. Iv been to many Costa's and this is one of the only ones that seem to have a working toilet ... for now! Given this 3 stars because I didn't order anything else apart from a hot chocolate. It was also alittle dirty, especially the toilets! Focusing more on the drinks than cleaning up ... Sadly, rating hot chocolates. This is probably my least favorite White Chocolate. This seems to be made from Syrup and you can see the Syrup separate with the milk, giving a yellow spotty hue to it. I'll go back but I'll just stick to a normal hot chocolate ...

   I went to this Costa today on our way to short break in Wales to take my usual order of Mocha and Toblerone late, which I used to order in my local shops in Gloucester. Barista who took order was smiling, was pleasant. Unfortunately barista who made my drinks was not interested in his job, looked bored and my drinks were made very poorly, not standard tasty coffees. I am very disappointed.

   I love Costa but this particular branch left me so disappointed. Granted it was a Saturday afternoon but all I seen was very young people working there, judging how they were they hadn't been there long so didn't really have a clue as to what to do or what they needed to do. Tables were not cleared after customers had left so the place looked awful, waited approx 15mins for drinks after they had been ordered. Despite there being free tables we were moved off the table until after we had purchased drinks. Standing in the queue with 3 children was not very amusing for either of us. At the busiest times you'd expect to have a form of leadership so the young workers know what they have to do. Such a disappointment for a Costa

   Regular coffee is enormous so be warned. Enjoyed a quiet cuppa when everyone else is collecting kids from school. Polite, efficient service. Clean tables. Clean toilets.
