Haven’t been to the dentist in a long time as very nervous patient. My first visit to Quality Dental and Dr Hemali was fabulous! Patient, reassuring and very understanding she got my check up done quickly and efficiently. Back in 6 months and definitely won’t need to be nervous.
Really lovely dentist! I’ve been twice now and everyone I’ve met has been so lovely and friendly. Dr Rajan is always super helpful and kind. Best dentist I’ve ever been to.
Excellent service. Everyone at Quality Dental was friendly, welcoming, and helped put me at ease. I received honest, professional advice with a clear and thorough explanation of the recommended treatment. I never felt pressured to commit to anything, and really appreciated their supportive approach.
Very friendly and professional. My dentist was polite, informative and the treatment was thorough. She also sorted out a long standing issue by filing down a sharp edge on my tooth.
Couldn’t be happier with the service from my dentist Dr Kai Li Lim. I had a dentistry emergency and was seen the following day by her, I was going on holiday and was worried about the aesthetics of my smile due to the dental emergency that had taken place. She couldn’t have been more understanding, kind and patient. She made me feel at ease and on top of all that completely improved my smile and solved the issue for me in one appointment. She’s an asset to Quality Dental! :)
From reception to the dentist all staff are polite and friendly, they put your mind at ease and quality products, excellent.
Always friendly, efficient, & clear about work needed & the beautiful old historic building is spotless & bright. As good a visit to the dentist as you could ever get!
Nobody likes going to the dentist, but the staff were so friendly and calm, I felt very relaxed and at ease. The dentist explained clearly what the options were, and carried out the agreed treatment very gently and pain free.
I attended this practice over seven years ago, and the new management is sending debt collectors after me for a £30 charge for an appointment I can recall cancelling. After spending hundreds of pounds on dental and orthodontic work at this practice. Avoid!
Lovely dental team and they look after us well during appointments. However the reception staff are very unfriendly and unwelcoming, so much so it almost borders on rude, and don't make life easier when visiting with a toddler.
