I have been with this practice for over 10 years. Having always been super anxious about the dentist I was genuinely relieved to find a clinician who is kind, patient and thorough. I cannot say enough about the excellence of the care I receive here.
Been going here for years have always been good and have always set me at ease. As never been keen at getting my teeth done. Recently I have used their dental hygienist he is brilliant really helped me . Wish he had been around years ago as I had, had a bad experience and put me off seeing dental hygienist but not now. I'm going to use regularly with him .Brilliant.
I have been a long time patient at this dentist and I couldn't be happier with the service I have received here. From the reception team, to the dental nurses and our dentist as well, everyone us always very welcoming and friendly. I have had to have several procedures over the years and I cannot fault any of the work I have had done. I would highly recommend this practice to all.
The quality and care I have received over 20+ years of treatment by Megan and Suzanne has been superb. I was severely dentalphobic when I first came and due to the gentleness and skill of all the staff I no longer dread my appointments.
I love this practice. Firstly, everyone is professional and they do a great job in dental care. Secondly, the team is absolutely amazing, super friendly, you can feel relaxed and reassured at all times. I have been using the practice for few years now and i cannot praise them enough. Very good and i highly recommend them!
I’ve been trying to get an appointment since before Christmas. Four months on and this is the third time my appointment has been cancelled. I’ve been asked to call back in a months time?!
Brilliant dentist The staff are lovely, kind, helpful and supportive. Nice to have a TV screen in the dentist. Alwa get through on the phone when phoning the practice. Local to where I live. Highly recommended
Been an NHS patient here for 18 months now and very impressed. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful (despite being obviously very busy). Even managed to squeeze me in for an important appointment before my maternity exemption expired, for which I will be eternally grateful!! Dentist and other staff always friendly too. Highly recommend.
I've been terrified of the dentist for over 10 years. Whenever I've been to emergency appointments I've felt judged for not having done anything sooner. Until I came here. The atmosphere when you walk in the door feels homely and safe and your immediately greeted by people who clearly love and care about their job. Going into the dentist surgery straight away he put me at ease by reassuring me everything would be okay. Understanding and caring for how I've been feeling qnd doing all he could to resolve the problem long term. Picking up on an issue that hadn't been picked up before. You cannot fault this Dentist surgery. If you are frightened or worried about going to the dentist this is the place to go. Finally a positive experience !!!!!
Thoroughly disappointed. I used this dentist for treating my infected salivary stones. I visited after finally managing to book an appointment with the receptionist. I got an appointment, and was referred to hospital. The 2 weeks had passed and I had not heard anything, whilst still bed-bound in pain and fever. Called up for an update, and the receptionist couldn’t have been more unhelpful. Long story short, after 3 weeks, I removed the stones myself in a DIY procedure, and luckily, it all healed up with the help of antibiotics. I still never heard back from the dentist or hospital, which must mean that they never actually referred me correctly! I called up again and asked them if I needed to do anything else to stop the removal of the stones causing another infection… and never received the phone call back that they promised. I am now registered in Brighton and receive much better service. Do not use Lancing Dental Care if you value the important of emergency dental treatment.
