   My first appt here today and was very impressed with staff. Initial consultation and X-rays with some great advice, more importantly the appointment was bang on time which my previous dentist never was! Easy to book hygienist appt which also they can offer for Saturday. Whilst NHS dictate dental price? I feel the hygienist price is very good - £30 less than my previous dentist!

   I was very impressed indeed by the dentist who did my extraction. He saw me at two hours' notice; he was kind, explained everything clearly and was reassuringly assured. No-one likes to have a tooth out but I would without hesitation recommend Quality Dental Worthing.

   I was referred to Quality Dental in Worthing for a wisdom tooth extraction that my own dentist was unable to do. I was so nervous, going to a new surgery, meeting a new dentist and trusting him to remove my tooth! However I shouldn’t have worried. The reception team were expecting me and were very welcoming. Dr Soultos listened to my concerns and was very reassuring. He didn’t rush me and promised to stop if I was uncomfortable, which he did when I needed him to. My tooth was out in minutes and the after care advice was very thorough. I would highly recommend this surgery based on my experience and would willingly go back if needed in the future.

   This is not a review about the dentists. The turnover of dentists here is constant which may say something about the management. I joined the surgery for the sole reason to be referred as I was in quite a bit of pain. I paid for my first appointment and x-rays were taken. I waited 6 months but they never sent the referral And never contacted me about it. I had to go into the surgery and complain. After this I asked them to send The referral again. They insisted on another appointment as they had lost the x-rays. I stressed that I will not be paying for this appointment as it is not my fault that You've lost my x-rays and ignored my referral for 6 months. After another appointment. To which The dentist told me my x-rays have not been lost and showed me them on screen. So this appointment was entirely pointless now. My referral was sent and I thought that was the end of it. Only to now receive a bill for the second appointment. I believe this is a problem with management and a lack of care for customers And possibly staff. Each dentist I saw was top notch and very helpful.

   This was my first visit to the practice, and I found it a most friendly and welcoming experience, from the reception staff, the dental nurse and my new dentist, Dr Rajan Sethi. Dr Sethi was absolutely brilliant, explaining all the procedures in a gentle and reassuring manner. He took the time to explain the status of my teeth and go through all the various options available to me. I cannot recommend the practice highly enough. What an amazing team!

   I have been removed from their NHS list for not making an appointment for more than 2 years. They should be thanking me for not attending during Covid, when I have no problems with my teeth and only need a check up. That is common sense. And over the years, check ups have been reduced to a cursory 90 seconds, which I feel is of more benefit to the dentist than to the patient.

   Great dentist, would recommend! - I moved over to Quality Dental after having a bad experience with Worthing Dental (who told me that I needed to wait four months for an urgent appointment and that they have no hygenist!!) and I’ve not regretted the decision for a moment. I got an appointment with Quality Dental the day after my enquiry, and they were much more kind and reassuring, and made the effort to help me and put me out of my pain. The receptionists are lovely too and so visiting the dentist has become much less of a stress :)

   I was lucky enough to get an appointment the same day due to a cancellation & was called in at my exact appointment time. Dr Rahman was very thorough investigating a throbbing tooth and was very honest with diagnosing the cause. I like most am a little terrified of dentists however he put me very much at ease with his friendly efficient manner. The charge was very reasonable & good value for money. I will have no hesitation in recommending Dr Rahman and will certainly be returning when my check up is due.

   It's a shamefully long time since I've been to the dentist and was quite nervous. The dentist and hygienist were professional and put me at ease. I loved how they explained everything and I was never once made to feel bad about how much time had passed, instead I got great advice. The reception team are lovely, I'm glad I didn't go anywhere else.

   I had a tooth extracted by Dimitri. I had never visited this dentist before but the whole process was efficiently organised. Dimitri and his dental nurse were both amazing and took the utmost care. My treatment was amazing and I have had no problems. Thank you!
