I would happily recommend the beauty room. It was my first time, and I had the pleasure of meeting with Helen for my treatment who was warm and welcoming from the moment I stepped into the room. I had such a lovely experience at The Beauty Rooms. I went for the hot lava shell massage and it was brilliant, I came out feeling so relaxed! The staff were also really accomodating and kind as I was rather nervous as it was my first massage. Really happy customer and I have booked in again for next month.

I have my treatments mostly out of necessity as I’m unable to do them myself but, I like to feel when I’m visiting the beauty rooms, like it’s a treat and not just something to tick off my ‘to do’ list. And, it does feel like that, a treat, some me time. It’s always a really calm and relaxed atmosphere and the team are all so friendly and welcoming, especially Andrea, she never makes me feel rushed, she’s patient and understanding and I enjoy our conversations too and, although I’m never there for very long, I do feel like I’ve been listened to and pampered and that’s exactly what I need!
