Charlotte’s salon is such a nice and cozy space. She did my nails beautifully today and her service is just amazing. She is very professional and you can have a good conversation while your get pampered! Will be going back very soon!

Charlotte is very friendly and welcoming and she has a very calm and cosy beauty room. I had a relaxing massage, she used a heated blanket and let me choose which scented oil I wanted which was nice. I also had an LVL lash lift which looks great! thank you Charlotte :)
Charlotte is an excellent therapist and was very professional and friendly from start to finish. Booking was straightforward, she took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted from a massage and was able to intuitively relieve all my aches and pains; certainly not something everyone can achieve intrinsically. The Beauty Retreat feels warm and inviting, the products Charlotte uses are good quality and compliment the relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be returning again soon!
