I got my makeup done by Hollee, she is so fun and makes the whole experience enjoyable!! She really knows what shes doing and the products shes using!! I ended up getting the og lip tint!! Shes super lovely and would absolutely go back again
I'm inexperienced in applying make-up and needed advice on how to cover up an embarrassing spot on the top of my nose; the makeup I've been using didn't cover it. Thankfully, I saw Eloise at Benefit (Boots store) Brighton today. She was amazing! She understood my problem and was empathetic and extremely helpful. Eloise gave me a makeup session and advice on products to use and explained each step in applying the various products / makeup. Within minutes I couldn't see the spot. Holly plucked my eyebrows. Brilliant job. I wasn’t at all pink in the area which can happen. I used to go to benedits eyebrow bar years ago. So pleased the service is still offered! I Will return.

Florence is so skilled I love what she does to my brows. I literally don't have to touch them for 2 weeks after ! Super friendly and I have the most amazing brows ever. I will only be booking appointments with her from now on !
Elysia was the most amazing brow and face/chin waxing artist, or wizard, actually. A totally smooth, professional, low key and perfect service. Elysia is such a lovely presence that it felt like you were NOT in public, but in an exclusive and intimate one to one space. Her ability to sort out brows from years of 'self' doing was admirable. Gentle. effective and great results - I shall be back!
I had my brows waxed and tinted at the brow bar today by Florence. I’ve never done anything to my eyebrows before and so I was a bit nervous but Florence was amazing and the whole experience was so enjoyable. She did an amazing job and I love how my eyebrows look. She also did my makeup afterwards and I bought some of the eyebrow gel because I loved how she did them for me and I’ve booked in for another appointment with Florence in a few weeks time! Overall, would really recommend Florence if you want your brows to look amazing!
I had my upper lip waxed and eyebrows waxed and tinted by Florence and she did an amazing job! I have had my eyebrows threaded before in the past which I found very painful, but Florence was very reassuring and was so gentle I barely felt it. My eyebrows are now the perfect shape! Had the best experience at the benefit counter a few days ago! Amelia was so lovely and gave me advice on how to tame and look after my particularly thick brows, as well as talking me through some products that would work well for me. She recommended the clear brow setter which works so well and is just what I’ve been looking for. I will definitely be back!
