Our washing machine was vibrating and dancing around the kitchen ! Time for a new one ! Blaines was our first stop, explained our situation and needs to the assistant he showed us machines that would be suitable. He was very knowledgeable and helpful explained and answered our questions in detail how and what each would do ! Treating us as people not just customers ! Our machine was delivered, fitted and tested by the two men from Blaines who were very polite and helpful making sure all was OK before they left with our old machine for disposal ! I would not hesitate to shop at Blaines again a lovely well run family business An excellent 5 star experience.
