Gloria was really lovely, but unfortunately the service felt quite rushed and I was quite disappointed with the result. There were a lot of hairs missed during my leg wax, and I ended up spending over an hour plucking them at home because I wanted even regrowth. There was also quite a bit of leftover wax on my skin, and I developed some discolouration/irritation that still hasn’t gone away 24 hours later(see second pic). I really wish the same level of care had been taken with the waxing itself as with the customer service.
Had the best massage from Gloria! I was made super comfortable and my shoulders have never felt so good. Full body Swedish with aromatherapy oil. 10/10 recommend

I love getting pedicures and facials done at this salon. They always wear gloves when doing the treatments. I don’t normally like getting waxed but the girls put you at ease. I got a Brazilian wax before and I didn’t feel an any pain so that’s good. I will always come back to get the treatments. Also I don’t like get any treatments done with out wearing disposable gloves so I ask could I have a pair of disposable gloves and they said yes you can have gloves any time, so thank you.
The facials, waxes and massages are all so good. Gloria is a delight every visit and so are all her staff. It’s a gem of a beauty salon and I really look forward to my treatments.
