Love this store, they have such a wide range range of produce and I especially love the fresh seafood on offer. We're regulars here and find the people very accommodating. The crab and lobster are particularly fresh.
I have driven past so many times that it was time to pop in. There is a wide range of products from dry to frozen, and they even have fresh water tanks for crabs. The staff were very friendly and answered all the questions that we had. There is a large car park at the front of the building.
I have been shopping here since 2018. The recent change in Management has brought a better selection of Items and better layout with the new shelves. The customer service is good, whenever I have asked anyone for a particular item, they have always done thier best to help me. Best Oriental supply shop in Norwich.

Bad customer service we bought some fish ball recent the product is not good. And made us have bad stomach. We rang them and would like to take the three bags back and wanted the money back . The staff went to the office and asked the manager. While I'm waiting. I can hear they're laughing in the other end . After that they answer is you have to ring the manufacturer about this. Rude and disgusting service.
As an amateur Chinese cooking enthusiast Oriental Delight has always had what I needed (and more) to satisfy my needs. On the few occasions I've had to ask the staff they have always been friendly. A good selection of dried, frozen and fresh ingredients makes visiting a joy.
